The offer

Complete the 90-day challenge and get $100 — paid as cash or store credit, your choice.

You must be 18 years or older.
Only orders placed on this page during the promotional period ([11/01/2026] – [12/01/2026]) are eligible. Orders placed before or after the promotional period, or on any other page, do not qualify.
Limit one $100 reward per customer.

Your clock starts at checkout. Day 1 is the date your order is placed — not the date it arrives.
Take 4 progress photos of the top of your head and hair: day 1, day 30, day 60, and day 90.
Email each photo to [support@simplyrevival.com] within 48 hours of its deadline. Each photo must be submitted on time — sending all four at the end does not qualify.
Photos must be authentic. They must be of you, unaltered and unenhanced — no AI-generated images, appearance-altering filters, or anyone else's photos. Entries with photos that can't be verified will be disqualified.

Once all 4 on-time check-ins are received and verified, you can choose: $100 cash or $100 store credit.
Please include a message notifying us that your 90 day challenge is complete when you send in your last update image on day 90.
Please allow up to 30 days for reward processing after your day-90 photo is verified.

The guarantee still applies to challenge orders. It covers your most recent order only.

Verification. We may verify the authenticity of any submitted photo by manual or automated review. Entries with inauthentic, AI-generated, or misattributed photos will be disqualified without a reward.
Lost entries. You are responsible for making sure your emails reach us (check spam folders, confirm delivery). We are not liable for entries lost due to technical issues outside our control.
Changes to the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or end the promotion at any time. Orders already placed during the promotional period will be honored under these terms.
Limitation of liability. Simply Revival LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from this promotion. These terms are governed by the laws of Michigan.
