Returns and refunds

You have 365 days from your most recent order date to request a refund. Refunds cover your most recent order only.

Opened and partially used bottles are accepted — you do not need to return the product unused or in original packaging. The product must be physically returned to our warehouse. Once it arrives and is checked in, we issue your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Promotional and discounted pricing does not affect your eligibility. Bundle and subscription orders are covered on the same terms.

How to start a return
Email support@simplyrevival.com with your order number. We'll confirm and provide return instructions. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
