Order processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery estimates are counted from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in your order total and are not refundable by us.
Tracking
A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@simplyrevival.com
Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments
Once an order leaves our warehouse, transit times are in the carrier's hands and delays can happen. If your order is significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, email support@simplyrevival.com with your order number and we'll make it right.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
Subscription orders
Subscription renewals ship on the same schedule and use the same shipping options as your original order.
